Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be fully informed about your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure your return qualifies.
Return Window
You have 90 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- All included accessories (such as the tote bag, skinny belt, matching silk scarf, and garment bag) must be returned together with the main item.
Note: We currently do not have any "final sale" items. All standard purchases fall under this 90-day return policy.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. GAMEDAYWEARS does not provide prepaid return shipping labels. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items that are lost in transit during a return.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us within 1 to 2 hours of placing it. After this short window, the order enters our processing system and can no longer be canceled or modified. If the cancellation window has passed, you will need to wait for the package to arrive and follow the standard return process.
Refund Process and Timing
- Initiate a Return: Contact our support team at support@gamedaywears.shop to notify us of your return and receive the return shipping address.
- Inspection: Once your return is received at our facility, we will inspect the item to confirm it meets our return conditions.
- Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 to 10 business days after the inspection is complete. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Warranties
We do not offer any separate or extended warranties on our products.
