How to Track Your Order

  1. After your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email right away.
  2. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
  3. Click the tracking link in that email to see real-time updates on your delivery status.

When Will My Tracking Be Active?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Your tracking number will become active once your order has been handed off to the carrier. If your tracking link shows no updates yet, please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.
